Why Yearbooking?

We believe that when school logistics are thoughtfully designed and work the way they should, they create better outcomes for everyone — students, teachers, administrators, and the communities they serve.

Our Beliefs

Every school endeavors to be student-centered. We help make it achievable by empowering administrators, supporting teachers with balanced rosters, and improving course access for students. When the schedule works for everyone, students can flourish.

Benefits of Yearbooking

Better schedules for teachers

We start with schedules created by school leaders who bring firsthand understanding of their teachers’ needs and availability.

More choices for students

Students are more likely to receive their requested classes, while spreading out open seats across sections to allow flexibility for new students or schedule changes.

Balanced sections and clearer resource decisions give schools the stability and flexibility they need. Stronger systems create stronger outcomes.

  • While we recommend using Yearbooking to fulfill course requests and refine your master schedule annually, we can also audit past schedules to identify unneeded or under-utilized FTEs.

  • No. Your schedule isn’t generic, and our process isn’t either. We work from the master schedule you’ve built, designed around your teachers and facilities.

Our process often identifies linchpin sections (about one per 150 sections) that, when adjusted, provide significant relief to the entire master schedule.
