About Us
With over 20 years of experience in teaching and school leadership, this work began with a simple frustration: there had to be a better way.
Over the years, my problem-solving approach has been shaped by real-world challenges in schools, including coordinating placement decisions and navigating large-scale schedule changes. Seeing how visualizing constraints and trade-offs could dramatically improve decision-making influenced how I began to think about systems, workflows, and efficiency.
In 2024, I began applying those lessons more broadly, exploring how the same problem-solving principles could be used to improve master scheduling as a whole. Since then, I’ve developed a tool and process that improves course request fulfillment while reducing administrative burden— freeing educators to spend less time on spreadsheets and more time focused on students.

When Kevin invited me to join this work, what began as being a sounding board quickly grew into a deeper role. As I learned more, it became clear that my background in business, finance, and operations aligned well with the logistical and implementation challenges schools face every day.
My career path has always centered on problem-solving and practical implementation. With educators in my family, I understand the realities schools navigate, and I’m excited to help connect thoughtful ideas to practical solutions that improve outcomes for teachers and students.
