No. Yearbooking is not an SIS platform. It's a human-driven scheduling service that integrates with any SIS. We provide a .CSV (or .XLS) file you can upload directly, with students placed into their sections.

Across total course requests of 6,000–30,000+, our fulfillment rates consistently reach 94–100%.
We are confident that if a course request is logistically possible, we will complete it.

Data security is a top priority. We do not require personally identifiable student information to build schedules. Before any data is shared, we provide a simple encoding process that removes identifying details, ensuring the data we receive remains anonymous.
All scheduling work is performed using encoded data, and only your organization retains the information needed to reconnect schedules to individual students. Once the schedule is complete, the results can be decoded and imported back into your Student Information System (SIS).
To further protect your data, all files are stored locally on secure devices and are not maintained in cloud-based storage.

No. Your schedule isn’t generic, and our process isn’t either. While we can run initial placement recommendations to avoid conflicts, we work from the master schedule you’ve built and designed around your teachers and facilities.
Our process often identifies linchpin sections (about one per 150 sections) that when adjusted, provide significant relief to the entire master schedule.
